Event timings
Bushcraft Family One-night Camp (self catering)
Saturday 11am till Sunday 3pm.
Arrival time is from 10am Saturday
Wilderness Family Two-night Camp (self catering)
Friday 11.30am till Sunday 3pm.
Arrival time is from 10.45am Friday
Directions & kit list will be sent via email a month prior to course date
We invite you to sleep in your shelters but suggest you also bring a tent for your convenience.
We have a no alcohol policy for health & safety reasons.
If travelling by car we would appreciate if you can bring a large container of tap water with you. (There isn't a water supply on site).
We only accept use of fixed blade knifes.
We erect a large parachute in the trees for shelter.
We have a selection of equipment for sale on the course; Fixed blade knifes, Fire steels, Kelly kettles & books, Field guides, Thermal mugs.
Catering
Both Family Camps - Self catering - Please bring food to cook on camp-fire.
Camping
We would like everyone to feel as comfortable as possible, we invite you to sleep in your shelters but you are welcome to bring tents for your comfort. Please bring all necessary camping equipment for your own use.
Please note that we do not have the use of showers (you are welcome to bring a solar shower bag)
There is a bush toilet on site.
A full kit list is included in the joining instructions and will be sent one month prior to the course.

Transport
By train: Fast train to Canterbury. Local Station Aylesham. We can collect from the local train station which is Aylesham if arranged prior to the course or provide contact details of taxi companies.
By car: Directions to site will be sent via email prior to the course. Please do not use post-code from website as this is our office address and not where course is held.
There is car-parking space within the woodland.
