 The children that we brought to the Bushcraft day all said that they thoroughly enjoyed it. Some children had even attended the event the year before, yet still enjoyed being at one with nature. The venue provided the perfect setting for the children to feel they were far enough away from their games consoles to engage with the tasks at hand. The shelter and fire building was very popular with both the carers and the children and it well supervised and taught. The feedback we have received from the adults and children is that it was a great opportunity to have fun and learn new skills.
