 We had a really lovely day on the Foraging and Fire course at the weekend.
The setting in the woods is beautiful.
We foraged for wild plants on the morning and learnt to identify, harvest and then prepare the plants for a feast in the afternoon. The food was delicious and preparing and cooking over an open fire was informative but, above all, brilliant fun!
The atmosphere was relaxed and inclusive and Hannah and Lucia were both extremely knowledgeable. I would thoroughly recommend the course.
