General Information
Location - Woodland close to village of Goodnestone, near Canterbury. Kent. Directions will be sent via email one month prior to course date
We invite you to sleep in your shelters on the second night, bring a tent for the first night.
Please note that we do not have the use of showers (you are welcome to bring a solar shower bag)
There is a bush toilet on site.
If travelling by car we would appreciate if you can bring a large container of tap water with you. (There isn't a water supply on site).
We only accept use of fixed blade knifes.
We erect a large parachute in the trees for shelter. We have a selection of equipment for sale on the course; Fixed blade knifes, Fire steels, Kelly kettles & books, Field guides, Thermal mugs.

Canterbury Station: Taxi rank outside station. By car: Directions to site will be sent via email prior to the course. Please do not use post-code from website as this is our office address and not where course is held.
Car-parking space outside woodland
Discovery and Womens Discovery Course Event timing Friday 6pm till Sunday 3.30pm. Arrival time is from 5pm Friday or Saturday morning if you prefer to arrive on Saturday. Meals will be cooked on the fire and we ask that everyone takes part in preparing, cooking and washing up. (Please inform us if you require vegetarian food).
